Donation Policy

Purpose and scope

1. This donation policy is intended to establish the principles and guidelines according to which the Charity Foundation "Helping the Good" (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation") will accept, process and manage donations from individuals and legal entities.

2. The Foundation is diligently dedicated to its appointment and mission – to support education, social support and health care, in accordance with the statute and program of activity.

Accepting donations

1. The Foundation accepts donations from individuals and legal entities who share our mission and values.

2. Donors can make donations through bank transfers, checks, available funds, electronic payments and other convenient ways indicated by the Foundation.

3. The Foundation also accepts material donations, including:

• Teaching materials and equipment for schools and educational institutions.
• Medical equipment and consumables for health facilities and hospitals.
• Foodstuffs and clothes for needy persons and social institutions.
• Equipment for the disabled and people with disabilities.
• Infrastructure Improvement materials and resources.
• Other material donations that help to ensure the functioning of social institutions, as well as to increase the quality and accessibility of the services provided by them.

Use of donations

1. Donations accepted by the Foundation are used exclusively to support charitable programs, projects and activities related to education, social protection and health care, in accordance with the goals and values according to the statutes and the program of activity, as well as in accordance with the applicable legislation.

2. Donors have the right to receive information about how the Foundation uses their donations and how the goals of the organization are achieved. The Foundation will maintain a clear and transparent accounting of the use of donations and provide donors with information about their use.

Protection of donors' personal data

1. The Foundation will respect the privacy and protection of personal data of donors and recipients and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the processing of personal data, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Accountability and transparency
